-- The Client must provide a clear and detailed description of the rigging requirements for the Live2D model, including any specific movements or animations you would like to include.-- The Client shall provide all necessary reference materials, such as images or videos, to assist me, in rigging the Live2D model.-- as the Rigger, I shall provide regular updates and drafts of the rigged Live2D model for you, the client, to review and provide feedback on.-- The final rigged Live2D model shall be delivered to you, in the format of .zip that includes a .moc file.-- You as the Client must provide the payment of the commission in full before the delivery of the final model.-- As the Rigger, I will not be responsible for any damages, losses, or malfunctions of the model after it has been delivered, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the model.-- Any changes or modifications to the final rigged model will incur additional fees, to be agreed upon by both parties before work commences.-- By commissioning me, you the client agree to these terms and conditions and shall indemnify and hold you, And I the Rigger harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from using the rigged model.
